CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Deposit Policy At Alabaster, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policies: Booking Deposits • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment will be automatically released. • Deposits are applied toward the service cost and are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show. Cancellation Notice • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost (deposit may be applied toward this fee). No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened or rescheduled to respect other clients. The full session fee still applies. Emergency Exceptions • We understand emergencies happen. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can work with you. Payment Terms • Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file and must be cleared before future bookings. Acknowledgment • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and deposit policy.
