1. Cancellation Notice:
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
2. Late Cancellations:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [specific amount or percentage, e.g., $25 or 50% of the service cost].
